Several Eucalyptus species were introduced far from Austalia in many countries. It is generally known that outside of its native range, exotic Eucalyptus plantations are less attractive for biodiversity . do the age and height of eucalyptus trees in an exotic plantation have any effect on the species richness of birds for example?
Yes. Bird diversity and abundance is related to forest fragmentation, habitat quality and habitat spatial heterogeneity. Size, volume and diversity of tree species is correlated with abundance of bird species.

I guess the previous answers have given information to this question. In my field experience I have observed a adaptation of birds to exotic Acacia mangium trees. So it will be quite interesting to understand the a relationship as you have proposed.
