Microsoft Forms is an online survey software which is part of Office 365. Has anyone seen an objective academic review of it? In particular, do you know whether it is secure for use with personal data? I am looking for something along the lines of criteria used in this review:

surveymonkey.com is an excellent platform, but the free version allows you to use only 10 questions per survey and collect data from max 100 respondents.

HIPAA = Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, which is United States legislation that provides data privacy and security provisions for safeguarding medical information.
I do not understand exactly why do you want to know about M.Forms. is it because you are thinking to use Mic. forms to make a survey, or because you want to write about the use of it?
If you want to use it for surveys, I will secind the suggestion or Sir John-Kåre Vederhus. If you are writting a disertation, it is worthy to pay the licence for a period of time.

Thanks for your answer. My University has recently bought a license for Microsoft Forms and I may be expected to use it.
I am not a great fan of Survey Monkey. There are several free survey software systems that are superior in my opinion: please see the article I cited in my question.
