Hi
I culture cells on PET membrane filters (Transwell, 10µm thickness) and embed them on paraffin.
When I cut transversally using microtome, it is so hard to visualize the PET membrane supporting the cells so that I am never sure to get them.
Is there a way to color or stain the PET membrane for me to be sure my slices contains the membrane and the cells ?
The staining do not give fluorescence as I do immunofluorescence on later steps.
