Hi.

I'm studying porous carbon materials used in cathode Li-S battery.

The TGA results for the samples with a mixture of S and C at a 155 °C , 10h, nitrogen gas and 300 °C , 2h nitrogen gas were 28 wt% sulfur content.

I have seen autoclaves in many articles. But I'm currently working in furnace.

Is there a big difference between autoclave and furnace?

Instead of simply mixing with motar,

10 wt% S (carbon disulfide solution) + porous carbon with stirring and carbon disulfide evporate.

Finally, The obtained powder 155 °C , 10h, nitrogen gas heat in furnace.

Is there a more effective way to do this?

Thank you
