You can perform a transformation between ITRF2014 and ITRF96 using this web based transformation service ;

and then you can use software such as Leica Geo Office, GNSS Solutions or ArcGIS to convert between ITRF96 and WGS84.
There is no need to transform the ITRF2014 coordinates. "ITRF2014, ITRF2008 and WGS84 (G1674) are likely to agree at the centimeter level", see https://confluence.qps.nl/qinsy/latest/en/international-terrestrial-reference-frame-2014-itrf2014-182618383.html .
Dear Berkant Konakoglu, the difference between two Datums is the ellipsoid of computation. ITRF2014 uses GRS 80 ellipsoid with the following parameters: semi-major axis=6378137.0m, semi-minor-axis=6356752.314140m and inverse flattening=298.257222101 while those of the WGS 84 ellipsoid are: semi-major axis=6378137.0m, semi-minor-axis=6356752.314140m and inverse flattening=298.257223563. So, there is no difference between the two Datums. Consequently, there are no datum-shift parameters. The positions computed in these two Datums may differ in a few centimetres. There is no need for transformation.

If you not need a precise transformation (subcentimetric accuracy for geodetic applications for example), you must also specify that WGS84 version and the period used
WGS84 is an instantaneous satellite coordinate system. In 2013, NGA once aligned it with ITRF2008 (2005.0), which we call WGS84 (G1762). With the further refinement of ITRF, ITRF2014 appeared, so in October 2018, NGA refined WGS84 again to align it with ITRF2014 (2010.0). Nevertheless, we cannot say that WGS84 stagnated at 2010.000, because WGS84 is an instantaneous coordinate system. You must specify the WGS84 version and the period.
To sum up, the coordinate value you get through PPP is actually the WGS84 coordinate value at the observation time, and there is no need conversion between WGS84(observation time) and ITRF2014(observation time).
There is no frame difference between WGS84(observation time) and ITRF2014 (2010.000), but period difference, so it needs to carry out calendar calculation. You can also obtain the ITRF2014 (observation time) coordinate through the ITRF or IGS website.
Obviously, the variation in the output will be negligible considering that the datum reference surface is literally the same. They are geocentric. Thanks
U can try converting coordinates with Bluemarble Geographic Calculator but be rest assured that your output will be same as the value u input. So u don’t need to perform any conversion in this regard
