We tried using Fedorov's method for analyzing metallic Si content in a mixture of silicon carbide, silicon oxide and silicon but each run gives different results due to operator differences and the end point colour change is difficult to detect. Is there any other autotitrator methods that can be used to replace Fedorov's method?
I do not understand something clear (metallic SiC or Si) in your question. To my mind you have to use the XRD phase analysis for defining of the components content. More reliable way is a hydrystatic weighting of your samples in Ethanol.

One possibility is to use temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO). I guess that the Si and SiC will have different oxidation temperature and you can determine the Si content by integrating the O2 consumption peak for each species.
we tried using XRD for analysis of such mixtures but TOPAS software always rationalises the results to 100 % while ignoring the amorphous species such as Fe in the same mixture, hence trying wet chemistry methods to find out the weight percentage of Si/Fe in such a mixture. ICP-OES was able to give Si+SiO2 combined results but not separately for each. XRF was able to give Fe Content results only, and a combined Si + SiO2+SiC results. We don't have access to SEM-EDX unfortunately. is there any other wet chemistry methods that we can use to elucidate the Fe content or Si Content from such a mixture of Si+SiO2+SiC+Fe?
I think we may remove free silicon phase by dissolution in the acids. The free carbon component and SiO2 have to be removed by the way of simple temperature oxidation. All these stages are accompanied by the weighting procedures. Unfortunately the thermogravimetrical procedures on your problem are inefitable.
