Hi Mehdi! As far as I know, there is no specific law that regulates video game streaming in the United States. Nevertheless, streamers are subject to copyright laws, which can be enforced by copyright owner. In Europe, I know that there are laws, and it is related with the Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD).
