Is there a protein, element, hormone, enzyme etc that is found in rabbit blood and not found in cattle, sheep and mouse?
Dear Shahin
Mammalian plasma proteins have significant homology. Recent trend is to use molecular biology tools to target mitochondrial DNA to identify the species. It is routinely to identify food adulteration

That,s Ok that mammalian serum proteins have homology, but they have certainly differences.
Does it mean that yellow ticks have only taken up plasma? Will such ticks moult successfully? I want to know the mechanism behind this phenomenon. Please see below picture.

When I tried to energy minimization my system, I got fatal error as below. Fatal error: Atomtype opls_116 not found Although I've already added this line: ; include water #include "oplsaa.ff/spc.itp" to [molecultype] directive in my topology.
