hi everybody.i need some help:) my project is in oral drug delivery field and my system should pass the gastrointestinal to be delivered in intestine. i've found a system comprising of a microcapsule(made of Eudragit) loading with nanoparticles. the nano particle is a 3 layered polymer. the core is made of PLGA/PSS with negative charge, then my drug that is a cationic peptide is absorbed through electrostatic force and the last layer as a coating is pectin.
i am going to choose the best polymers in Eudragit or changing the coat of nanoparticels . but i need to compare systems with different polymers so as not to just try them in lab. is there anyone who knows a theory or software that is usefull ?
