Is there a software to create packed bed geometry, which takes gravity into account?

Is there a (free) software to automatically create packed bed of particles which takes gravity into account, so I do not have to put particles together one by one? I am not asking for spheres but particles of different shapes, that are randomly directed (e.g. packed bed of cylinders).

If you would try each particle separate, you should try GeoGebra 5 , a free stereo-program, easy to manage by the taskliste.
