I am working with CNT/epoxy samples. Post curing the samples on glass substrates on hot plates, I am finding it extremely difficult to remove the sample. Is any familiar with removing epoxy based samples from substrates?

In addition to the silicone based mold release solution, it is worth covering the glass surface with thin Teflon to prevent from sample addhesion onto the surface.

Perhaps, it could be great to spin coat OmniCoat before your epoxy, it will help you to remove epoxy when you want.
"OmniCoat can be dissolved away as a sacrificial layer in alkaline developers such as TMAH based MFCD26 to lift off" epoxy!

If you are using glass molds then, then its better to use soap based/wax based releasing agent ...properly wet the surface of glass after that put it in oven for 30 min in oven at 80 C so as to remove the moisture. Then its ready for the use
