You can determine kinetic data of the decomposition from TGA data with different methods (Coats REdfern, Howowitz MEtzger, etc). and these gave possibility to determine some thermodynamic parameter for the decomposition reactions (W. E K. Wynnc Jones and H. Eyring, J. Chem Phys., 3 (1935) 492).
