I attach an image of the apparatus (glass tube with pump). I hope this makes it easier to find the company who produces it.

I used this all the time at the Swedish Museum of Natural History when I photographed fossils for my publications (mostly on trilobites). The glass apparatus was ordered from a glass blower, who had no problem producing it. Perhaps there are ready-made examples available but it is such a special apparatus that a company would hardly stock it.

All the glass tubes I've ever worked with for this purpose were custom-made. Just as Lars wrote, this is such a special item, there simply isn't a market for it.

Universities often have a resident glass-blower in their chemistry department, so perhaps you could try there

I had mine made by a glass blower in our Chemistry department. It was very easy for him.

And if you do not have a glass-blower at hand, some "drying tubes" sold by various scientific materials companies (try Google Image search for drying tube) works well for this, and they are not expensive. In Badajoz we use one brand of comercially made tubes attached to an aquarium pump.

I use a setup with the drying tube attached to a powerful fish tank air pump. (see PDF). I find this exceedingly superior to any hand held 'puffer', as it gives a steady and even stream. You can whiten even large surfaces very evenly. The pump idea comes from John Peel.

The drying tube was produced for me according to specifications (see PDF), quite inexpensively and quickly by a company named Saveen & Werner (also in Denmark). I find the specs on the tube just right for my purposes.
