Is there a "wrong CV" for scientists: those scientists who worked out of an academic position, have self-founded PhD and research. If they, despite having a more solid professional experience (see e.g. clinicians or IT specialists) than academics, and a lot of scientific publications (and sometimes bigger salaries), have fewer chances to achieve scientific and academic success? Is isobligatory to be the lecturer? What about tenure position? The problem may be bigger in professions, where many young talented people begin their career out of academic society due e.g. to bigger chances for a higher income (health sciences, IT, economy, law, etc.) - if they do not return after years as researchers/lecturers, it still is going to be considered as a brain drainage. "Wrong CV", if it really exists, may deepen this problem.
