I can only find publications on dykes of the single regions surrounding the North Atlantic, but not a map summarizing all dykes. Is there a good compilation in the literature? Something like in the link?

Dear Mr. Schiffer,
I can only refer to the map entitled "International Geological Map of Europe and Adjacent Areas -IGME 5,000 at a scale of 1: 5,000,000 which was issued by BGR, Hannover-Germany and which shows the Northern Atlantic not as a "blue area" but as the submarine geology looks like. It is also available as a digital map. Maybe this will get you a bit closer to a solution of your problem. There is another set of single map sheets at a larger scale which cover more or less the same area, that might be also of help for you. It is the precursor of the afore-mentioned map but much more detailed. The submarine geology is, however, not shown.

Yes there Wall et al 2010 paper from Basin Research. Alternatively most of the National Geological SUrvey organisations bordering the North Atlantic have good geological map coverage. Alternatively have a look in the OneGeology online portal.
