I would like to know the repairing of generated deep scratch in transparent PU coat without effecting the underfilm. This PU coat has been applied on heat transfer printed (underfilm) doors. Challenge : Risk of ruination the finish of underfilm if repairing of generated scratch would be done. So I am looking for the permanent solution which can repair easily the upper coat without affecting the underfilm and that solution provide good scratch resistance as well.
Self healing coating can bedesigned either by incorporating microcapsules of both reactants for PU formation. Transparency may be affected. Moisture curable PU prepolymer can similarly used in microcapsule alone.
Effect on transparency must not be there because it is required to show the pattern which is made below this could so transparency should be maintained

I think , Graphene mixing in any solution does effect on the transparancy of the lower coated surface which is the first requirement. Silane's adhesion is not so appropriate for abrasion because we require the scratch free coating for doors and after a year silane based coating will be peeled out from the doors.
