Hi all,

I'm planning an experiment about host sanctions in domesticated and wild soybean. I'm hoping to use fluorescent-labelled rhizobia in order to quantify colonisation by a competent N-fixing strain, and a non N-fixing strain. USDA 110 is a commonly-used strain for soybean inoculation, so ideally I'd like to use this strain and a near-isogenic mutant with the nifH gene disrupted. Does anyone have, or know anyone else who has such a strain that they'd be able to send me a sample of?

Thanks very much,

-Niall Millar
