Because if we are working on cloud concept then for a firm or individual resources are fix. It depend on client system and network how can they use virtual resources efficiently

@Gleb sir , i have already studied many more method but among them i didn`t find any one method to more efficient .. RESOURCE OVERBOOKING method is more efficient among them but globally you can not say that it is more efficient ......
