we are working on improving a context similarity mesure and we like to run some test on it but the issue is that there isn't a benchmark like in semantics to test on it.
so i am wondering if there is a way to collecte online web services contexte information to use it in our test?

If I understood correctly what you are trying to achieve, I guess the easiest way will be to write or adapt an already designed script written in Python or maybe Perl for instance that will do HTML Scraping based on your selected criteria( collection of words, topics) in similar fashion(although slightly different) to what Google is using to index the web pages. For the randomness of the selection, Python for instance has random methods that mat assist you in this regard. Yet again, what you are trying to achieve is by no means something that has an already defined solution(built) therefore you may have to build one yourself.
