Sometimes, we use liquid nitro, because fragility of materials increases with temperaturę decrease. However, I am not sure, what will happen in your case.

Actually...best way I found was to use the "crack cocaine" method. Put the powder on a glass slide and just keep going over it with a straight razor blade until the powder is all nice and fine.
