I am looking for a CamKII antibody for immunohitochemical stainings in PFA fixed brain slices of mice at the end of the first postnatal week.
Cam KII Abs are pretty good. Many of them should work fine. Check the Abs for species reactivity and for usefulness in immunohistochemical staining. Use a pan CamKII Ab and a polyclonal better as you want to label mice tissue.

On the other hand, I wonder whether you are asking what isoform(s) may be expressed at the end of the first postnatal week. I do not know the answer.

thank you for the info. I am not interested in a specific isoform. I just want to use it to identify glutamatergic neurons in the cortex. So I guess a pan antibody should work fine.
