But are there any differences in the approaches of identifying issues regarding UX vs. Issues regarding Usability when using an analytic approach like an expert review or another inspection method?

Just to add from my research experience that just because a product (e.g. information system, mobile app, physical product, etc.) pass great during usability test, does not mean it will provide great user-experience. User-experience will greatly influence the adoption of the product. Usability checks functionality and how easy it is to use a product but user-experience is definitely the super set of usability. For example, I worked with FDA approved telehealth in-home monitoring medical device for type 2 diabetes patients, this device not only passed usability but also passed the FDA and health technology guidelines, however, in terms of user-experience of the patient, it had so many issues. Usability focuses a lot on functionality but does not really does research about the user. Use-experience does that part. I can go on... but hope this helps.

I know the difference between usability and UX and I am looking for experience in using an expert review for UX. As an expert review will be hard for anticipated or retrospective use, I think it could have a focus beside "pure" usability and functionality. But I don't know such an approach.
Often people use heuristic evaluation to evaluate the UX but use heuristics from Nielsen/Molich which are made with usability in mind - not UX.
