Special relativity, Lorentz contraction, and relativistic time dilation only applies to bodies that are moving relative to each other.
General relativity has different rules that apply to gravitational time dilation and length contraction.

To add to what Andrew said, the Lorentz Transforms only apply in situations where gravity is so small, it can be neglected. The black hole solution is due entirely to gravity.
