Pensee has been hijacked. By the way, the original journal is no longer ISI-indexed. It is just indexed in SCOPUS.

As mentioned by others already: keep in mind that this journal is hijacked. So be careful. One can check for other examples of hijacked journals:

The authentic version seems to be indeed indexed in Scopus: https://www.scopus.com/sourceid/5200152201 (although the mentioned home page seems wrong or at least not functioning).
The authentic homepage (or at least from the distributor) seems to be: https://gabrielperi.fr/boutique/la-pensee/ (and subscriptions can be obtained also on https://www.cairn.info/revue-la-pensee.htm ).
So, the authentic journal is a subscription-based journal focussed on philosophy (and exclusively in French) so all sites suggesting being the open access version (and UGC approved) are false.

Dear Pratheep H R and Siva Sankari S , please carefully read my reply on December 18, 2020: Unless you have something worthwhile for an authentic subscription-based journal focussed on philosophy (and exclusively in French) the answer is no. Warning: all sites suggesting being the open access version (and UGC approved) are false.
