I have observed that the seed obtained from charcoal rot affected soybean plant, shrivelled and small in size compare to the healthy plant seed.

The germination % of small size seed is not fall down and almost equal to the bold size seed but he germination % of shrivelled seed is very poor ie less than  5% and also the  carrier of several pathogen such as fusarium, macrophomina and rhizoctonia etc.
