I am doing research in the validity of alleged psychiatric diagnoses in police reports in cases of forensic autopsy. Quite often papers about this topic refer to the post-mortem chart review tool "Diagnostic Evaluation After Death" by Salzman S, Endicott J, Clayton P and Winokur G, published by the National Institute of Mental Health, Neuroscience Research Branch, 1983. However, I am unable to find this resource in any database available to me. I would appreciate if somebody could help me locate a source, where this reference may still be available.
