I need to find boiling heat transfer coefficient of Subcooled pool boiling around horizontal tube.
So there is a tank filled with water.
Water saturation temperature is 3.5° C since it under vacuum. (0.7 kPa)
Any suggestion to find boiling convection heat transfer coeff ?
The shape (horizontal tube) is irrelevant to the heat transfer coefficient in this case. Simply use Rohsenow's correlation for nucleate pool boiling. See the McGraw-Hill Handbook of Heat Transfer by Rohsenow & Hartnett for details. If you want to account for the depth of the water on localized pressure, you can do that too. (The depth of the water is not going to appear in the equation. You must make that calculation yourself using p+rho*g*h.) You can find the properties online, for example at Engineer's Toolbox.
Do you mean no need Fluent analysis and just use attached formulation for heat flux ?
I have another question?
1- how to go boiling heat transfer coefficient from heat flux ? Can I use hb=q/delta T ?
2- moreover I want try finned tube as well . So that’s why I am using fluent analysis. My aim is to find heat flux from fluent analysis instead of calculation and then find boiling heat transfer coeff.

If there is little or no flow around the tube, then there is no need for a flow analysis. If there were flow, then that's a different story, but I still would never recommend using Fluent, not because it's bad but because it's a commercial "open the can" software with which you learn nothing about CFD. Do you want to learn or do you want to just scrape by doing the least possible work with the least effort in the least time and get a useless job at a company that does nothing but take up space and consume oxygen? I didn't settle for that life and neither should you. Don't take the easy path. Take the narrow, steep, rocky path in life because it leads to a much better place.
