In order to study the fatty acid in kenaf seed oil, I had buy the Supelco 37 component FAME mix as a standard. My question is
this concentrated standard? Because it only 1 ml and I do not know the concentration.
it's a concerate standart, and pic ratention sequence must be given on information part, bucause some long chain unsatturated polly fatty acids retantion time ise changing up, and be carefull for fatty acids have C number under 10 because their rate is very low
The online information at the link below tells you that the concentration is 10 mg/ml and the percentage of each individual compound is given in the table also at the link. You should have received this information with the product.
