School leaders are trying to infuse positivity in teachers through the toxic positivity. It is creating more frustrations in teachers because their problems are not solved yet expected to work 200%. how justified it is?
These are challenging times, and I think schools are experimenting with different approaches to support learning and hoping for the best. I think a good balance between optimism and acknowledging the problems as well as teamwork, which includes listing to teachers, parents, and the school community, is mainly important.
