its not possible for mRNA of COVID-19 to produce the disease. as virus is a large molecule, and no vaccine manufacturer will give the whole mRNA. Also will the mRNA synthesize RNA of the Virus genome. i didnt read paper. but in principle mRNA only synthesizes a protein of the immunogenic region of interest, which triggers antibody synthesis, hence it becomes a vaccine.

how exactly are you telling, that the mRNA is entering into the cell for Protein translation to take place.
Didnt understand the circulate cells how do they capture the mRNA.
Eg DNA vaccines are given intramuscular IM and transcription and translation takes place in multi-nucleated cells. (no idea how the cells take up the DNA, but they do synthesize proteins cloned in the DNA. but all portions cannot be used.
