Is pGL4 luciferase signal purely episomal in nature, is positive hit susceptible to CRISPRi bloackade?

If in a mammalian cell line transfection with a pGL4 luciferase vector harboring some potential cis-regulatory sequence showed a positive hit (e.g. Luciferase expression) then would the same cell line be susceptible to CRISPRi (dCas9-KRAB/p300) blockade, given the episomal nature of the pGL4 expression?
