In order to give a decive answer one has to use another calculator to estimate the power assumption. One ca assume that this estimate is right until implementing the system on the FPGEA and measure the power and then compare it with that estimated. 

You can also manually estimate the power from the basic laws:

The dynamic power is Pd= f  C VDD2 ALPHA, where f is the frequency, C the capacitance , alpha the activity ratio and VDD is the power supply voltage. The capacitance is is the oxide capacitance Cox per unit area times the area of the devices.

Using the data sheet and the utilization report one can estimate all these parameters and calculate the dynamic consumption

The static power consumption can be estimated by knowing the leakage power of the every gate and then estimate the number of active gates and hence calculates the static power consumption.
