Is My Calculation of H2O2 Concentration correct in mg/L?

I would like to ask if my calculation is correct for determining the concentration of H2O2 added into a tank.

I have a 19% w/v hydrogen peroxide. And I add 200ml of the 19% hydrogen peroxide in 10000L.

Which will give me 0.0038g/L = 3.8mg/L

Am I correct or wrong?
