Is modified cam-clay model capable of capturing the behaviour of cement treated clay

The modified cam clay was expected to capture the behaviour of over consolidated clays. Since cemented clays show OC behaviour, is it possible to model them with MCC model? The literatures suggest the use of user defined models. Can anyone help me with the real difficulty in using MCC model?

The modified Cam clay model is suitable for modeling the behavior

of normally consolidated or slightly overconsolidated clay.

When the clay is treated with cement its behavior may be close to overconsolidated clay, so that the dilation of this clay may not be modeled accurately.
