We have done test doses so far, but not a single person had a reaction. And it is time wasting to wait and do the procedure. Are there any recommendations.
For clinical use to do skin procedures etc allergic reaction to this class (amides) of local anesthetics is rare and if it does occur it is usually to the preservative (parabens) and not to the active ingredient.. It is not necessary to do test doses when using amide local anesthetics.
