I have usually received emails from JRFM inviting me to submit my work to this journal. They also give me some discounts on the open access fees. I am very surprised why they have my email. I think they have a team that collects researchers' information and sends out offers like that. Does anyone have experience with this journal?
I see that this journal is listed on the DOAJ index (refer to the attached). However, it is possible that the emails do not originate from the actual journal (i.e. someone could be impersonating the journal and even set up a clone website), so it is important to always go directly to the journal's website, and not click on any links originating in the emails.

No this is not a predatory journal. It is as indicated by Rodney Duffett a member of DOAJ and indexed in for example Clarivate's ESCI index (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/jrfm/indexing ). The publisher behind this journal is MDPI. They have a 'proactive' style that is not appreciated by everybody. The publisher is nowadays one of the biggest open access publishers around and despite the fact that a big portion of their journals are indexed in all imaginable quality indicator indexes (such as Scopus and Clarivate's SCIE/SSCI/ESCI) they cause rather black and white responses: either you love them or you hate them.
Just type MDPI in the search bar here on RG and you see numerous discussions about them.

In predatory journal ,there is no. risk , however it needs Financial Management which is their main purpose along with academics..

However, I do not think these indexes are unique standards to confirm whether a journal is predatory or not. whether a journal is predatory should depend on the way they work. I know many journals with these indexes but on Beall's list or discontinued on Scopus due to publication ethics. That is why I ask some people who have experience published in this journal.

I am writing to ask if JRFM is a predatory journal. I want to tell you that I personally received invitations to publish in other journals such as PLOS ONE, Sustainability, Mathematics, etc. I think this invitation is about the journal's editorial policy. I saw that in this journal, papers were published by famous professors from Northwestern University and other top universities. We checked if the articles are indexed in the Web of Science and this means that the journal is OK, and covers a segment that addresses researchers who fail to publish in major journals such as the Journal of Finance, etc. I also published in this journal 3 papers that were carefully analyzed by reviewers with great professionalism.

Looks like Web of Science removed JRFM this year so that's a signal of its quality.

Indeed, the journal “Journal of Risk and Financial Management” is delisted by Clarivate. However as described by MDPI themselves https://www.mdpi.com/journal/jrfm/announcements/5536 it remains somewhat unclear why they are delisted and whether it says anything about the (lack of) quality. The journal is indexed in Scopus recently and they are a member of DOAJ.
Fact is that also reputable publishers like Elsevier and Springer have a number of their titles delisted as well.
