"We receive almost 1000 articles per year for publication in ..... Journal.

We have a capacity to publish only 80 articles per year.

Hence, we subject all the articles to a screening process and take a decision.

As a result only 100 -120 articles are subjected to full review process.

Rest 880-900 articles are returned to authors to save their precious time.

They can thus submit it to another journal without delay.

We really regret to have conveyed such a decision.

We wish you best of lucks in your publications."

Can these be a proper reason for rejection?
