Is it the time to switch from "Aorto-coronary" bypass grafting to 'Sino-coronary" grafting?

The Valsalva sinuses are thought to sustain "prompting effect on coronary blood flow" ; a physiologic effect that aorto-coronary grafts are devoid from.

Can the observed suboptimal aorto-coronary grafts hemodynamic performances in terms of coronary blood flow be partly due to the lack of so-called presumed prompting effect on CBF?

What would be your technical solution to provide the grafts with the prompting effect on CBF?
