Can you be more specific? What do you mean by "english"?
There is a basis of interpretation on the level of graphs. You can interpret english sentences as trees for example using Stanford parser. In UML, you can make use of UML sequence diagrams and interpret them as graphs.
Anyway, you must have a very important reason to consider this interpretation. For example, I use the sequence diagrams to extract specifications of social interactions from NL stories. See section 6.5.1 for definition and examples in chapter 7 of "Social interaction, globalization and computer-aided analysis".
