In the old age, Doctors performed diagnosis by seeing the patients or in extreme case by touching them with minimal conversation. Now a day the scenarios is almost FLIPED, means they set a thumb rules: list of test from their recommended centers and then based on the machine-generated test results they performed diagnosis with illegible prescription.
Now the issue is if machine generate all test results, it can also perform diagnosis with legible generic prescription, which can be afforded by common people in our society.
What are the techniques and methods can be used to resolve these issues?
The test results generated by the machine only helps doctors to narrow down to specific conclusion.
Further, at times the patients are asked to go for MRI, CT, PET and many other test, which may not be necessary all the times (only to earn money).
The diagnosis performed by the machine is only indicator, the final decision has to be taken by the doctors.
AI is still evolving and will take time to replace doctor(it at all).
If the doctors suggest only those test which are actually useful under given circumstances to identify the disease, this would be one of the best method.

AI Techniques are used to facilitate the diagnosis of different diseases and can not replace the role of Doctors in the medical system.
We could build expert system which depends on pre-built Knowledge bases related to the domain of interest. These Knowledge bases are being built with help of experts in the domain of interest (medical, engineering, political, economical, etc.). In medical domain, the designed expert systems would help in giving Doctors range of possible pathological diagnoses based on patient's responses to set of progressive questions. Moreover, it would recommend set of extra examinations or laboratory analysis for further investigation of the disease. The final decision will be based on the physical diagnosis done by the doctor himself, not only patient complaint
Artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms tend to rely on large quantities of data to be effective, and that data needs human hands to collect it and human eyes to analyze it.
Although data, measurements and quantitative analytics are a crucial part of a doctor’s work, setting up a diagnosis and treating a patient are not linear processes. It requires creativity and problem-solving skills that algorithms and robots will never have. So according to me, We can't replace doctors by AI machines.

in reality the real task is to amplify human abilities, and not to replace humans in intellectual activities.
