I am trying to mutate a gene in Neisseria gonorrhoea MS11 pil-starin, but unable to do so. Can anyone send me the protocol?

I think you can produce any specific mutation in any gene by PCR. Otherwise, you can make a synthetic gene if your gene is not too long and introduce mutation in the specific sequence.
