Sir, I have gone through the book by Golding & Widee where it is mentioned that 2-Wattmeter method CAN be used for power measurement in both balanced and unbalanced cases in 3-phase circuits.

With unbalance power factor???

It mentions that only the total power can be calculated for unbalanced load. Power factor can be calculated for balanced loads only.

W=VlCos(phi), hence at constant voltage, unbalanced could be considered for Cos(phi) or l or both.,,
