I actually want to know the fact of using of supply chain not in traditional way such as two layer or three layer .Can we use different unique way which is not traditional?
That is possible, for example with a strategic alliance. Generally, strategic alliances can increase long-term strategic benefits for both companies. The three types of strategic alliances associated with supply chain management are: 3PL, partnership retailers and distributor integrators. The decision of strategic alliances with other companies is often a difficult decision. There are many strategic issues that need to be taken into consideration in making strategic alliance decisions. Lewis (1990) in the New York - Free Press "Partnership for Profit" book provides a general framework for analyzing effective strategic alliance analysis. Lewis (1990) provides guidance that a strategic alliance will provide long-term benefits for the company if: 1). Add product value. 2). Improve market access. 3) Operational strengthening, Alliances between the two companies will be able to strengthen operations through reducing costs per unit and cycle time. Facilities and resources can be used more efficiently at the most optimal capacity. For example, companies can conduct strategic alliances with other companies in the use of warehouses and trucks during peak season periods such as Eid and end of the year. 4). Increase the power of technology Strengthening technology capacity can be obtained through strategic alliances in the use and development of the latest technology to improve organizational performance, especially when collaborating on the use of IT. 5) Improve growth strategies Often many opportunities cannot be achieved because of some resource constraints and company capability in realizing these opportunities. The strategic alliance will be able to overcome these obstacles through the synergy of the two companies in utilizing the advantages of their respective resources and capabilities. 6) Building financial strength In the end, strategic alliances must be able to improve the company's financial performance for both companies, which is obtained from improving organizational capability, improving business processes, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

In my opinion, the efficiency of the supply chain depends to a large extent on the efficiency of the traceability process. A distinction should also be made between the efficiency of the supply chain and its effectiveness.
