yes by what is called bone conduction mechanism. We all here ourselves talking through this mechanism.
When we talk, the sounds travels to inner ear ( cochlea) in two ways
1. air conduction path - the speech spoken , waves from mouth will excite the air surrounding the mouth, that sound wave will travel through outer ear to middle ear to inner ear.
2. bone conduction path- when we speak, the sound with in mouth, / air column in vocal tract and movement of articulator, can vibrate the skull, and that vibrations get transmitted to inner ear.
