If your material is porous: yes of course.

Langmuir is derived for a planar surface that gets filled with rising pressure until a closed monolayer gets approached asymptotically. Freundlich doesn't contain a saturation at all.

For a porous material, that is a far stretch in both cases, so D-R or the qt-plot giving a better match there wouldn't be a large surprise.
