Is it possible to handle the educational crisis in low socio-economic development during COVID-19?

As scholars in low socio-economic development, we have found it challenging to reach students using the online model. It is in the contexts where education and technology foundations are scarce, students have less ability to utilize technology, and teachers have not yet developed the ability to provide articulated instruction to students using technology. How can we maintain keeping in touch with students during COVID-19 and let them learn?
