Is there any possible source from where i can get the solar irradiance data for a particular geographical location which shows the number days with solar radiation like below 200 W/m2 , 300 W/m2 , 400 W/m2 like wise for all possible solar irradiance.
You may have already used it, but the World Bank's Global Solar Atlas provides several different solar irradiation proxies for any location on Earth. I believe you can also download the data used to produce those averages on the website. (You can on the Global Wind Atlas, at least.) If it is not immediately accessible, you could reach out to the site creators, who likely can help you obtain that data.

Yes, it is possible to obtain these data in different ways, such as the location of the NASA space agency as well as using some programs such as Homer or RT_screen

Global Meteorological Database for Engineers, Planners and Education or (meteonorm) software provides information about the solar irradiation data for any geographical location on the earth based on data collected from weather stations. Also, this software able to generated the data for any location based on the data of the nearest two stations, I have used it and it was very helpful.

Hello. You can also use Homar and RETSCREEN software to find out the solar radiation value for a particular area.
