Yes, Dr Atanu...It is definitely possible to get IQE > 100 pct. The situation often encountered in solar cell called as multiple exciton generation . During this two electron-hole pairs are generated which causes this abnormal increase in internal quantum yield, but the external qunatum yiled can never be greater than 100 pct.
yes, IPCE over 100% is possible due to the MEG...as I saw your data the external quantum yield is very small compared to internal quantum yield. I cannot understand why your using so intense light...
