I have very long lasting problem to receive real data that could be used by me for biological models development. The other possibility is to study behaviour of the selected biological system (process) from the literature, but in this case the model will not be precise. I have to say that I am a beginner in modelling the biological systems.
In present time, I search the research topic (problem) in biology/medicine which could be modelled with the aid of multi-agent systems. I have some experience with modelling artificial immune systems, but it this case I used the immunity only for inspiration for solving non-biology(medicine)-based problems. I received the recommendation to study deeply the microfilms. It is a very important topic able to influence our everyday lives. I studied the microfilms a couple of days and it sounds very well, but just know I do not have concrete idea what to model and which concrete type of data I need, but I know that real data are crucial for building any kind of model. In case of computational immunology, behaviour of dendritic cells are deeply investigated some research teams in the world. I already have searched the internet if any kind of data related to microfilms or dendritic cells exist, but I was not successful. I would be appreciative for any tips or recommendation :-).
