after determination of conduction mechanism of our Organic Schottky diode using this relation I-Vm+1; we have found these values of slopes (m+1) :
( 6.37=region 1= low volatge), (3.19= region 2= intermediate voltages), (0.96= region 3= high voltages); and we have disscussed as:
Region 1= TCLC ( Trap Charge Limitted Current) mechanism >>2
Region 2= SCLC ( Space Charge Limitted Current) mechanism ≥ 2
Region 3= Ohmic mechanism ≤ 1
So i wonder if this is right or wrong ?!! is it possible to find the decrease of slope from 6.37 to 0.96?!!

I would like that you present your I-V curves in a semilograthmic scale, LOG e I versus V.and also on a linear scale. This may be beneficial before deciding on the dominating transport mechanism. Since your current flow may be injection limited rather than bulk limited.

Thank you so much for the Q? i am okey and i hope that you are well also; i plot the log I vs log V ( not semilog ln I vs V) to determine the conduction mechanism and i have found what i mentionned before in my previous Q? and i am not realy sure about my interpretation and i will be very grateful if you answer me.
Dear Ibrrahim i would like to see the semilog plot and the linear plot especially at the very small voltages.
It is so you have to determine the shunt or the leakage current of the diode. This is dominant at very low voltages. Then at moderate voltage the injection across the barrier may be dominating the current and then as i said before the the I-V relation follow the Schottky equation. Only at high electric field the behavior may be ohmic because of the series resistance of the bulk material. The high values of m points to injection limited current flow and therefore i motivated you to make the semilog plot and determine its slope at indeterminate and low voltages. The decision about the current mechanism is not a straight forward issue and one has to get decisive symptoms for a certain mechanism.

Dear Ibrahim , just you plot the Log-log I-V and from the value of the fit you can deduce the type of conduction (m=1 ohmic conduction, m=2 SCLC, m=3 TFL)
